Booking & Cancellation Policy

Payment schedule

A 50% deposit is payable at the time of booking, with the remaining 50% due 30 days before departure.

If you book 30 days or less before departure, the full trip price is payable at the time of booking.

Your place is confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

More than 45 days before departure

You may cancel your booking for a full refund, less any non-refundable payment processing fees.

31–45 days before departure

50% of the total trip price is non-refundable.

30 days or less before departure

100% of the total trip price is non-refundable.

Cancellation timing is calculated based on the date the cancellation request is received and the scheduled departure date of the escape.

Transferring your booking

If you're unable to attend, you may request to transfer your booking to another person.

Transfers are subject to Padel Away's approval, room arrangements, availability and any supplier fees associated with the change.

Transferring to another escape

Where possible, Padel Away may allow you to transfer your booking to another Padel Away escape.

Transfers are subject to availability, supplier terms and any difference in trip price and are not guaranteed.

If Padel Away cancels

If Padel Away cancels an escape and does not offer a suitable alternative, guests will receive a full refund of payments made directly to Padel Away for that escape.

Padel Away is not responsible for separately booked expenses, including flights, additional accommodation, visas, transportation to the departure point, travel insurance or other personal travel arrangements.

We strongly recommend purchasing appropriate travel insurance.

Itinerary changes

Weather, safety considerations, venue availability or circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally require changes to the itinerary.

Activities, timings or venues may be adjusted or replaced with reasonably comparable alternatives where necessary.

These changes do not normally constitute cancellation of the escape.

No-shows & early departures

No refunds will be provided for late arrival, early departure, no-shows or choosing not to participate in an included activity.

Refunds

Where a refund is due, it will be returned to the original payment method.

Non-refundable payment processing fees, currency conversion costs or supplier charges that Padel Away cannot recover may be deducted where permitted by applicable law.

Individual escapes

Some escapes may carry their own payment or cancellation terms because of supplier requirements. Where that applies, the specific terms for that escape are shown to you and accepted before payment, and they replace the standard terms above for that booking.
